RIVIERA RESIDENCE
Full bathroom remodel using different cuts of Calcutta Gold marble. Lime washed oak vanity ties together the warm hues naturally occurring in the stone.
BEVERLY HILLS GUEST HOUSE
Full remodel. Re-finished ceiling, matched existing slate floor, designed a 2-sided fireplace with reclaimed redwood mantle and textured basalt facade. Sourced and procured furnishings. Designed custom drapery.
LOS ANGELES COMMERCIAL APARTMENT REHAB
Full gut and remodel of unit in 3 weeks, including 2 bathrooms, kitchen, lighting, flooring. This bathroom was fully gutted from original to create a modern functional and sustainable bathroom.
BENEDICT CANYON RESIDENCE:
Re-imagined 2 bathrooms from one large. Created an ensuite bathroom and this powder room. Using a found dresser as the vanity with a natural carved stone sink,
limestone mosaic tiled wall and sourced original artwork to tie it all together.
BEVERLY HILLS RESIDENCE
Full home gut remodel. Removed soffits, custom walnut cabinets, Jura Grey Limestone, walnut paneling and banquette affording extra storage. LED lighting and found fixture.
NICHOLS CANYON RESIDENCE
Repurposed an awkward side yard to create an indoor-outdoor flow from the media room.
BEVERLY HILLS RESIDENCE
Reimagined a petite stall shower to create a large Roman tub/shower. Working with multiple Persian limestone finishes to create texture.
THOUSAND OAKS RESIDENCE
Full gut remodel. Walnut flooring, commissioned artwork, specified furnishings, custom draperies
LOS FEIZ RESIDENCE
Full home update. Stripped and exposed beams, added plaster wainscoting, custom finishes and wallpapered accent wall, fabricated closet doors from Chinese panels and sourced milk-glass chandelier.
MANHATTAN BEACH RESIDENCE
Working with the canopy bed as inspiration, painted,re-finished the beams and armoire. Reupholstered existing ottoman. Designed custom end tables, custom window treatments, bedding and accessorized with antique finds and lamps.
WESTWOOD RESIDENCE:
Full bathroom remodel, custom walnut vanity, plaster wainscoting and hidden storage and a separate freestanding clawfoot tub to create character.
BEVERLY HILLS RESIDENCE
Harmonized an eclectic Mediterranean foyer by installing walnut stained oak stairs, adding a raw iron finish to the handrail and staining the original Saltillo tile warmed the silver leaf wallcovering.
CHEVIOT HILLS RESIDENCE
Integrated adjacent room with small bath to create a large master bathroom and dressing room with a separate wc. Utilizing aged Carrera marble in different configurations and cuts, custom cabinetry incorporating Moroccan elements.
BEVERLY HILLS RESIDENCE
Outdoor kitchen with custom finish teak cabinetry, granite countertop, commissioned outdoor artwork and re-imagined clients capiz spheres to create a custom pendant light.
BEVERLY HILLS RESIDENCE
Reimagined 1 large bathroom to create a powder room with an ensuite full bath. French limestone used throughout with different cuts and finishes to create texture. Waterworks and Toto furnishings.
BEACHWOOD CANYON RESIDENCE
Fully furnished existing space. Custom steel and wire brushed oak coffee table with hidden storage, Shou Sugi Ban root console table, reclaimed oak barn door and a polished concrete fireplace adds warmth to a modern home.
BEVERLY HILLS RESIDENCE
Full gut renovation completed in 3 months. Moved walls, created new space from within, full kitchen, 3 bathrooms and laundry, walnut paneled walls, recessed lighting, French white oak flooring, Walnut paneled walls to tie together an eclectic mix of modern and antique furnishings in a mid-century home.
MANHATTAN BEACH RESIDENCE
Re-imagined an antique Moroccan door with a custom iron base to be repurposed as an outdoor dining table, re-upholstered clients existing chairs and consulted on landscape and fountain design.
THOUSAND OAKS RESIDENCE
Full Bathroom gut remodel. Removed soffits and raised the ceiling. Fabricated a custom white oak vanity and mirror, basalt flooring and an oversized shower.
CHEVIOT HILLS RESIDENCE
Full gut remodel, incorporating adjacent laundry room to existing kitchen to create a banquette area. Custom cabinets and finish. Live hardware to create a natural patina and reclaimed Saltillo tile flooring.
